Refund & Return Policy – My Portrait Shop
At My Portrait Shop, we are committed to your satisfaction and delivering artwork you’ll truly love. Please review our refund and return policy below:
Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee because we’re confident you’ll love your custom portrait.
you may cancel your order at any time before approving your artwork proof — no payment required.
If you’re not satisfied with the artwork proof, we’ll work with you to revise it (unlimited revisions*) until you’re 100% happy. You will only be charged once the final proof is approved.
If after revisions the artwork still does not meet your expectations, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund, if already paid.
Please note: Refunds will not be provided if:
- You approved the artwork proof and later changed your mind after delivery.
- You expected a hand-painted piece. All portraits are digitally illustrated based on the photo(s) you provide.
- You request additional styles beyond the selected portrait type (e.g. from watercolor to oil) — additional charges will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your portrait arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pod.tikson@gmail.com Include clear photos of the issue and your packing slip. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Artwork Proof & Approval Process
You will receive your artwork proof via email within 3 days of placing your order.
If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, a follow-up email will be sent. and if we still don’t hear back within 72 hours, your order may be canceled unless we’re contacted.
If you have already paid and do not respond within 72 hours of the follow-up email, your portrait will be printed and shipped as-is.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each artwork is custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it — just contact us at pod.tikson@gmail.com
We create your portrait using the image(s) you provide. If the image quality is too low or doesn’t meet our guidelines, we will reach out for a new image. We cannot guarantee a high-quality result if our image guidelines are not followed
